What reductions might apply to my benefit?
If you take early-out retirement, your annuity will be reduced by one-sixth of 1 percent for each full month you are under age 55 (2 percent per year) at retirement. This reduction is permanent.
Your annuity also will be reduced for insurance premiums, survivor benefits, tax withholding and other reductions you elect.
